well, well well.......let me guess......the treehuggers are going to take credit for lowering the overall global temperature because 4 people in the state of california drive hybrids and a few countries have signed on to Kyoto! When will this ridiculous "Green" hysteria stop?
my favorite quote from the article:
"China has its coldest winter in 100 years. Baghdad sees its first snow in all recorded history. North America has the most snowcover in 50 years, with places like Wisconsin the highest since record-keeping began. Record levels of Antarctic sea ice, record cold in Minnesota, Texas, Florida, Mexico, Australia, Iran, Greece, South Africa, Greenland, Argentina, Chile -- the list goes on and on. "

Another of my friends said that this is the reason why we're not "fighting" "global warming" anymore, we're now trying to stop "climate change."
Hm... the world should be the same temperature and same climate every year for the rest of forever? Sounds like these environmentalists lived in San Diego ;) .
I can't believe people are still saying this. Or were still saying this, even in 2007.
From Wikipedia, "List of common misconceptions":
Contemporary global warming is driven by human activities, despite claims that it is not occurring, lacks strong scientific consensus, or that warming is mostly caused by non-human factors. No scientific body of national or international standing disagrees with the decades-old, near-complete scientific consensus on climate change. Global warming is primarily a result of the increase in atmospheric greenhouse-gas concentrations (like CO2 and methane) via the burning of fossil fuels as well as other human activities such as deforestation, with secondary climate change feedback mechanisms (such as the melting of the polar ice increasing the Earth's absorption of sunlight) assisting to perpetuate the change.
So many sources too!

And global cooling is not a thing. This strange weather and extreme low temperatures you're reporting on? More evidence of anthropogenic climate change. Is this the future you want for your children? I sure hope not.
Not to mention, the word “hysteria” literally comes from “uterus”. Sounds a bit sexist, doesn't it?
